Proposed Design

Reclaim the Track. Reignite the Community.

For generations, Pine Eagle has been a place where grit, resilience, and community pride are built—one lap, one season, one student at a time. Today, that legacy is at risk.

The school’s asphalt track, once a source of pride, is now cracked, unsafe, and limiting what students and the broader community can do together. Deteriorating surfaces and incomplete field areas restrict use and create real safety concerns. This is not just a facilities challenge—it is an opportunity gap. Without action, Pine Eagle cannot host meets, grow programs, or fully serve as a hub for health, connection, and community life.

A modern, rubberized track changes everything.

It provides a safe, durable, all-season surface for K–12 students and community members alike. It supports walking, jogging, fitness, wellness events, and intergenerational programming. More than a track, it becomes a shared space—active, inclusive, and designed to serve Pine Eagle for decades.

This transformation will happen through a clear, disciplined three-year plan:

  • Phase 1 (2025): Engineering and site studies, school district approvals, final design, parking improvements, track area lighting installed and early fundraising. Completed

  • Phase 2 (2026): A capital campaign engaging community and major donors, sponsorships, in-kind partners, and grant funding.

  • Phase 3 (2027): Track resurfacing, new field event areas, fencing, signage, lighting, and track equipment, with completion targeted for Fall 2027.

This project succeeds only through shared ownership.

Whether through financial support, in-kind contributions, sponsorship, or advocacy, partners are invited to invest not just in infrastructure—but in a living community asset. One that strengthens health, connection, and opportunity to ensure the Grace Gulick Community Track continues to move forward.
